Return policy

RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However we do extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. You may be charged a fee upon returning if ANY of the original packing is missing. A $30 fee will be charged for a strap replacement fee if the watch has been worn. We accept returns within 15 days of the date of package receiving. Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging and unworn for a full refund. If any of the original packaging is missing such as the protective stickers, protective sleeve, cleaning cloth, or warranty card, you can be charged additional fees. This would be taken out of your refund. Made-to-order items are not returnable.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as we complete the return process. Please note - shipping cost is non-refundable. If the customer refuses to receive the package and it gets returned to us, we will deduct the international refusal retrun fee(charged by the carrier) from the total order amount paid by the customer and will be refunded the remaining amount to the original method of payment.
