for definition, black DLC-coated steel for depth, and titanium for lightweight agility. Paired with sculpted, textured silicone
straps, Edge Original creates a tactile signature that adapts naturally across different settings.
They said time was rigid—measured in fixed lines and prescribed forms. Edge Original was born to challenge that. It imagines
time as active rather than fixed, where mechanism and geometry meet in motion and visible rhythm. That idea shaped a
modern expression for CIGA design, earning Edge Original the German Design Award in 2020.
