What is Pay in 4?

Pay Later in 4 with Klarna is available to all over 18’s with a billing and delivery address registered in the US.

Klarna Pay in 4 allows you the ability to spread the cost of your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free payments. The first payment is taken from your card at the time the order is fulfilled. The 3 remaining equal payments are taken every 2 weeks after the first payment. You will receive payment notifications when the money is due and has been collected successfully.

How do I use it?

The option to pay via Klarna will appear at the checkout. Simply select this and enter your payment details.

What happens if I return something?

If you return any items in your order, your Klarna schedule will be updated and the payments amended to reflect the value of the return.

When will I be charged?

You'll receive a reminder from Klarna 2 days before each instalment is collected. If you miss one of your scheduled instalments and Klarna are unable to automatically withdraw the money from your account 2 days later, you'll be issued with a statement for the full amount due. I'm having trouble paying with Klarna.

If you have any trouble placing an order with Klarna, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

• Klarna may have rejected your application to pay on your account. We'd recommend choosing another payment type or placing an order for a smaller amount.
• Klarna may not have been able to check your details using the billing address that you've provided. You'll need to make sure that your billing address is the same address that your bank/credit cards is registered to.
• You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna purchases. Once these are paid off, try Pay Later in 4 with Klarna again. If you've recently paid off outstanding statements, please allow 24 hours before trying to pay through Klarna again.
• You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as filling in your Date of Birth.
